摘要
介绍了一种全桥逆变式电子束焊机高压电源的工作原理和控制电路。采用了直流斩波和全桥逆变技术,以IGBT为直流斩波元件、IPM模块为全桥逆变元件实现了高压电源的高效小型化。控制系统采用了AVR单片机、复杂可编程逻辑器件(CPLD)、A/D模块等芯片组成的电路实现了电源的自动调节、断电保护及软启动功能。电源的各项性能指标都达到了预期的设计目标,技术性能满足焊接工艺的需要。
This paper introduces the working principle of high voltage source with H-bridge inverter for electronic beam welder. With technology of DC chopper and H-bridge inverter used,IGBT is used as DC chopper and IPM is used as H-bridge inverter to realize a small volume of the power source. MegaAVR,Complex Program-mable Logic Devices and A/D technology is used as control system to complete auto-adjusting circuits,power-off protection and soft start of the power source.
