摘要
培养基种类、激素种类及浓度、培养基中蔗糖浓度对奥地利黑松离体胚培养不定芽诱导影响显著。研究表明,以3/4W PM为基本培养基,附加2.0 m g.L-16-BA、蔗糖3.0%,对诱导种胚产生不定芽最为有效,诱导率56.53%。NAA不利于外植体不定芽的产生。
The variety of basic mediums, the variety and concentration o[ hormones and the concentration of sugar were significantly affect the indution adventitious buds formation. 3/4WPM+2. 0 mg · L^-1 6-BA +30 g · L^-1 sucrose was the best combination to induce adventitious buds, on which 56.53% of explants were induced. Addition of NAA would inhibit the formation of adventitious buds.
