摘要
综述了我国荔枝资源的分布、生产、加工现状以及荔枝的食疗保健作用机理和现代药理学研究进展,展望了荔枝开发利用前景。
This paper summarized the present production,distribution and process of litchi,and also summed up the health effect and the latter development of pharmacology. Finally,it viewed the prospect of litchi exploitation.
