摘要
目的观察中药生大黄对实验性肝纤维化的影响并探讨其可能的作用机制。方法四氯化碳皮下注射法制备大鼠肝纤维化模型,分别给予不同剂量的生大黄悬浮液灌胃,酶试剂法测定肝功能,放免法测定细胞外基质(extracellular matrix ,ECM),HE、VG 染色和电镜检测病理形态学改变。结果生大黄治疗组大鼠肝功能状态有不同程度改善,ECM 含量有所下降,肝纤维化程度降低,以大剂量组较为显著。结论大黄可保护肝细胞,抑制 ECM 合成,具有防治实验性肝纤维化和肝硬化的作用。
