摘要
用饲喂高脂饲料的方法建立小鼠高脂血症模型,测定高脂血症小鼠体重、心指数以及心肌SOD、POD活性和MDA含量来探讨连翘叶茶提取物(FSE)对高脂血症小鼠体重增长和心脏的影响。结果显示FSE可以延缓高脂血症小鼠体重增长率,降低高脂血症小鼠的心指数异常升高,提高高脂血症小鼠心肌POD活性和降低MDA的生成,对高脂血症小鼠心脏具有一定的保护作用。
A animal model of hyperlipidemia was made in mice with high level lipid in blood. The increasing ratio of body weight, the heart index, and lipidperoxide in heart were measured. The results showed that FSE could retart the increasing ratio of body weight, reduce the abnormal rise of heart index, and raise POD activity, reduce the level of MDA in heart, and protect the heart of hyperlipidemic mice.
