摘要
五子衍宗丸灌胃能升高未成年雄性大鼠的血清睾丸酮含量、精子数及精子活力;能使去势大鼠包皮腺及附性器官(前列腺和精囊)重量增加;能增加棉子油(棉酚)负荷大鼠的精子数及精子活力;能提高雄性小鼠的生育力。而对未成熟雌性大鼠的卵巢和子宫重量及血清雌二醇含量无明显影响。
The effects of WZYZW on the reproductive system were investigated. The results showed that WZYZW increased the serum testosterone, the number and activity of semen in immature male rats, and the weights of the preputial gland and affiliated sex organs (prostagland and seminal capsulae) in testoectomized male rats, as well as' the number and activity of semen in gossypol-loaded male rats; enhanced the reproductive ability in male mice.But it didn't interfere with the weights of ovary and uterus, and serum estrodiol in immature female rats.
