摘要
初步研究表明高于临界温度的温水可以维持温敏核不育系在低气温条件下不育性稳定。这对于在制种中采取措施避免盛夏低气温影响制种纯度具有指导意义。
The ratooned plants of Anxiang S and 133S and the seeded plants of Pei’ai 64S, Xiang 125S,Anxiang S,Ce 64S and 133S were studied on the effect of warrn water treatment(28~30℃water tempera-ture and 10~15 cm water depth)at the fertility-sensitive stage for four or eight days on the performance ofthe sterility in these TGMS lines. The results showed that,while the air temperature was below the criticalsterile temperature(CST),TGMS lines,treated with warm water,could retain their sterility not to bechanged to fertile,thus maintain the stability of sterility,which implies that in the seed production of two-line hybrid rice in the high temperature season such as summer.irrigation with warm water might be an ef-fective way to guarantee the seed purity in case of low temperature(≤CST)occurence in the fertility-sen-Sitive stage.
