摘要
利用齐次变换对机床导轨系统的误差进行了系统分析,建立了导轨系统空间误差的数学模型,并利用该模型分析了车床导轨系统误差所引起的加工误差.该数学模型适用面较广,在其他许多机器设备中都能应用.
Homogeneous transformation was used to analyze systematically the errors of a machine tool guideway system. The mathematical model of the volumetric errors in the guideway system was established. And the model was used to analyze the machining errors of a lathe that come from the errors of the machine tool guideway system. Furthermore, this mathematical model can be widely applied to a lot of other machinery equipments.
