摘要
为了优化数控程序设计、提高编程效率、合理使用数控机床,我们有必要对数控加工工艺设计等技术问题加以分析、研究,以做好数控机床加工前的技术准备工作。本文重点介绍了数控加工中工艺设计的特点、零件数控加工工艺性分析要点,阐述了基于数控加工的工艺设计和加工路线设计原则,介绍了基于MasterCAM9.0零件的数控加工工艺设计方法实例,为提高数控机床使用率打下基础。
In order to optimalize NC programming design, promote programming efficiency and make rationally use of NC machining, the problems of technological design based on NC machining should be analyzed and studied, which will be well prepared for NC machining. The article discusses the features of technological design and the main points of technological analysis on NC machining. The principle of NC machining technological design and process route are presented, The examples of NC machining technological design methods on MasterCAM9.0 are also introduced. All mentioned above lays a foundation for a higher NC machines usage rate.
