摘要
目的回顾膝骨性关节炎关节镜下治疗的效果,探讨关节镜治疗的指征及手术的方法。方法1998年12月至2004年2月,应用关节镜治疗的骨性关节炎235例304膝。男性53例,女性182例。统计资料包括:患者性别、年龄、关节镜下的病理变化、关节镜下手术方法,并用术前和术后6个月的HSS评分进行比较分析,从而评定疗效。结果235例304膝骨性关节炎患者均获得6个月以上的随访。在随访的304膝中,优83膝,良116膝,中67膝,差38膝。优良率65.5%。结论选择合适的手术指征和施行合理的手术方法,应用关节镜治疗膝骨性关节炎可以取得良好的治疗效果。
Objective To summarize the indications and procedures of arthroscoping in treatment of knee osteoarthritis by retrospective case study. Methods 304 knees of 235 cases of osteoarthritis were treated by arthroscoping during Dec of 1998 to Feb of 2004. There were 53 males and 182 females. Surgical procedures and pathologic changes were recorded for each knee. Each knee was evaluated by HSS system pre - surgery and six months after surgery. Results All the cases had more than six months follow - up. There were 87 knees with excellent function and 116 with good and 67 with fair and 38 with poor results. The excellent and good results were 65.5%. Conclusions The good effects should be achieved for the knee osteoarthritis patients with suitable indication and surgical procedures treated by arthroscoping.
