摘要
目的探讨影响住院病人雾化吸入治疗依从性的原因,并提出相对应的对策。方法采用自行设计的问卷,对80例采用雾化治疗的住院病人进行调查,了解影响病人雾化吸入治疗依从性的原因。结果影响住院病人雾化吸入治疗依从性的主要原因依次为:治疗目的不明确,占77.5%;雾化治疗过程中出现的不良反应,占26.3%;护士未能及时指导和帮助,占18.8%;雾化次数过多影响睡眠,占10.0%;经济原因,占7.5%。结论影响治疗依从性的因素除了病人自身的因素影响之外,作为外部因素的医护人员的影响作用不容忽视。采取有针对性、切实有效的健康教育措施,对提高病人对疾病的认识,增强对治疗的信心,提高病人治疗的依从性有着积极的作用。
Objective To explore the causes of patients＇ incompliance with fog inhalation. Methods 80 patients who were treated with fog inhalation were investigated with a self-made questionnaire. Causes of patients＇ incompliance with fog inhalation were analyzed. Results Main causes of patients＇ incompliance with fog inhalation were： unclear therapy goals （77.5%）, adversary effects （26.3）, untimely instruction from nurses （18.8%）, sleep disturbance by over frequency of fog inhalation （10.0%） and economic problems （7.5%）. Conclusion Nurses should notice external causes as well as patients＇ subjective causes. Pertinent health education should help patients establish confidence in the therapy and help improve the therapeutic effectiveness.
