摘要
研究了番茄褐斑病菌的生物学特性。结果表明:病菌生长的温度范围为9~38℃,适宜温度为27~30℃;分生孢子产生和萌发的温度范围分别为25~35℃和10~40℃,适宜温度分别为30℃和27~30℃;菌丝体及分生孢子的致死温度分别为51℃和55℃。病菌生长和孢子萌发的pH值范围分别为3~10和4~10,适宜pH值均为6~7。分生孢子产生及萌发均要求95%以上的相对湿度。紫外光对分生孢子有很强的杀伤作用,病菌可以在大棚内外越冬。退菌特、代森锰锌、扑海因、速克灵对病菌分生孢子萌发有很强的抑制作用。
In this paper the biological characteristic of Helminthosporium carposaprum have been studied.Results showed that the hyphae of Helminthosporium carposaprum could grow under the temperature from 10℃~38℃,and optimal temperature was 27℃~30℃.The temperature of the spore production and germination were 25℃~35℃ and 10℃~40℃,optimal temperature were 30℃ and 27℃~30℃.The death temperature of the hyphae and spore were 51℃ and 55℃.The rang of pH value about hyphae grown and spore germination were from 3~10 and 4~10,the suitable of the both were 6~7.The spore production and germination needed a relative humidity over 95%.The spore can be killed by the ultraviolet light.The pathogen could winter inside and outside greenhouses.The influence of several fungicides to the spore germination were detected.
