甲基丙烯酸甲酯的亚急性毒性致突变性和致畸性 被引量:6

摘要 本文报道了MMA 的蓄积毒性,皮肤刺激性,致敏性,经口染毒亚急性毒性以及致突变性和致畸性。实验结果表明,大鼠功能性蓄积系数为3.25,属中等蓄积.0.1ml 原液反复涂抹家兔皮肤可引起一系列局部病变。迟发性和速发性致敏实验结果属中等致敏物。家兔700mg/kg 经口染毒15天,可引起心电图、血压、脑电图,肝功能等明显异常。Ames 和微核试验属阴性,大鼠致畸试验(100—800mg/kg 经口染毒)未见明显畸形,但死胎和吸收胎率增加,表明具有一定的胚胎毒性。 This paper reported the Subacute toxicities of methyl-meth(?)crylate(MMA),including its accumulative toxicity,irritation to skin,allergy effect,as well as its mutagenic andteratogenic effects.Results of the study showed that MMA isa moderate accumulative substance.It causes a series of localpathological changes when repeatedly applied to rabbit skin.It is an allergen of moderate intensity.When MMA was givenorally,it might result in abnormal changes in electrocardio-gram,blood pressure,electroencephalogram,liver functionsand routine blood test.The results of Ames test,micronucleus test and teratogenictest on rats were negative in our testing system,but a certaindegree of embryonic toxicity was observed.
