摘要
用氨基酸自动分析仪对小麦K、V型同核异质雄性不育系及保持系-K149A、V149A、149B花药内游离氨基酸的组成和含量进行了分析。结果表明:(1)花粉母细胞减数分裂期,3个材料花药内游离氨基酸的组成和含量没有明显差异。(2)从小孢子期开始,一些游离氨基酸的含量出现了显著差异。与149B相比,K149A、V149A花药内缺乏游离脯氨酸和谷氨酸而积累了较多的丙氨酸。(3)花粉母细胞减数分裂期,小孢子期及二胞花粉期,3个材料间花药内游离氨基酸总量基本一致,到三胞花粉期则都呈现下降趋势,下降幅度149B>K149A>V149A,最终游离氨基酸总量V149A>K149A>149B。此外,天冬氨酸、丝氨酸、苯丙氨酸、赖氨酸和精氨酸也表现出类似的变化规律。(4)不育花药内游离脯氨酸及其它氨基酸含量的变化是花粉败育过程中内部物质代谢紊乱的结果。
Abstract Anthers of a set of isonuclear alloplasmic male sterile and maintainer lines ofwheat were analysed for free amino acids at different developmental stages. The followingresults were obtained; There was no significant difference on the composition and contents of free amino acids between male sterile and male fertile anthers at meiosis stage ofpollen mother cells. From microspore stage, the contents of proline and glutamine were renarkably lower while alanine was higher in anthers of K149A and V149A than those of149B.
