摘要
应用GC/MS联用法对广西指天椒辣椒油树脂的成分进行了分析和鉴定,共检测出31个组分,鉴定了其中的23种化合物,占其总含量的96.82%,其中主要成分为亚油酸(35.37%)、辣椒碱(18.56%)、二氢辣椒碱(11.45%)、棕榈酸(9.20%)及降二氢辣椒碱(0.89%)等。
Components of capsicum oleoresin from Guangxi were analyzed by gas chromatography - mass spectrometry, and 31 peaks were separated by GC and 23 were identified by MS with NIST mass spectral data. The identical components covered 96.82% of the peaks and the major products were （Z, Z）-9,12 -oetadeeadienoic acid （35.37%） , eapsaicin （ 18.56% ） , dihydroeapsaicin （ 11.45% ） , palmitic acid （9.20%） and nordidydroeapsaicin （0.89%）.
