DMC/汽油混合燃料电喷汽油机非常规污染物的排放特性 被引量:4

Unregulated Emissions from an EFI Engine Using Dimethyl Carbonate Blended Gasoline as Fuels

摘要 按照一定的体积比将碳酸二甲酯(DMC)添加到90#无铅汽油中,现场配制出DMC/汽油混合燃料.采用气相色谱技术,分析研究了电喷汽油机燃用不同掺混比例DMC/汽油混合燃料的非常规排放特性以及催化器净化效率.结果表明,在不改变汽油机任何参数的情况下,汽油机燃用DMC/汽油混合燃料,在中等负荷时,催化前的苯排放有明显降低,尤其添加比例为1.20/0(体积分数)时,与基础油相比降低约250/0,但排气中甲醛、乙醛和未燃DMC排放升高,三效催化器对苯和乙醛的平均净化效率分别为850/0和450/0,而催化后排气中未检测出甲醛和未燃DMC,说明催化器对其净化效果较好. According to certain the volume concentrations, dimethyl carbonate (DMC) was mixed into 90# unleaded gasoline. Using the gas chromatography, the effects of dimethyl carbonate blended gasoline on unregulated emissions from an EFI gasoline engine without modification and their catalytic conversion efficiency were investigated. The experimental results indicate that the benzene emission is reduced at middle load before the catalytic treatment, especially for DMC containing 1.2% volume percentage at the level of 25%. contrarily, englne-out formaldehyde, acetaldehyde and unburned DMC emissions are increased by adding DMC to gasoline. The average Catalytic conversion efficiencies of benzene and acetaldehyde reach about 85% and 45% respectively. There is no formaldehyde and DMC detected in the tailpipe after the catalyst operation, which evidences better catalytic conversion efficiency.
