摘要
用机械合金化-真空退火法成功地制备了铁硅金属间化合物,并用X射线衍射分析了球磨时间、退火工艺对混合粉末结构变化的影响。试验结果表明:球磨30 h后有少量FeSi和FeSi2化合物析出;球磨50 h后生成大量的FeSi、FeSi2化合物,但有少量的单质铁、硅存在。利用950℃×2 h退火工艺处理不同球磨时间的混合粉末,最终得出最佳球磨时间为20h,该球磨时间的混合粉末退火后完全生成以FeSi2、FeSi为主的金属间化合物。
Fe-Si intermetallics was successfully fabricated by mechanical alloying and annealing treatment. Solid state phase transformations effected by milling time and annealing process were analyzed by X-ray diffraction (XRD). The results show that the minority of FeSi and FeSi2 are produced after 30 h of milling. But a little of FeSi and FeSi2 intermetallics can be found after 30 h of milling except for little Fe and Si. After a series of 950℃、2h annealing process test, we find the best milling time is 20 h. To 20 h milling time powders, almost all new phase are FeSi2 and FeSi intermetallics after annealing.
