Softening mechanisms of Fe_3Si based alloys using different heat treatment processes

摘要 Fe3 Si基合金具有优异的软磁性能 ,但由于有序相的出现导致其很强的环境脆性和本征脆性。文中采用不同的热处理工艺来研究软化机理 ,指出在再结晶温度以上采用水冷工艺能使Fe3 Fe 3Si based alloys have excellent soft magnetic properties.Fe-Si system alloys are easy to form order phases that can cause strong environment brittle and intrinsic brittle,resulting in hard mechanical and heat machining.In this paper,different heat treatment processes had been used to study the extent with which the processes influenced the plasticity of Fe-Si system alloys.The rolling can change the hardness of the sheets of Fe 3Si based alloy.The water cooling after the heat treatmens can softer the Fe 3Si based alloy.Coupling with the analysis of SEM,the result found that the heat treatments could soften Fe-Si system alloys through fining the grains and limiting the forming of order phases.
