摘要
本文着重阐述高校图书馆在信息技术蓬勃发展的新世纪,要更好地服务于教学、科研工作,务必采取有效措施不断提高图书馆员综合素质,以适应时代发展的需要,迎接知识经济的挑战。
The paper explained that in the new century,in order to serve teaching,research work better,the university libraries should take the effective measure to improve the librarian qualities. So that they can meet the need of development of Era, ready for the challenge of knowledge economy.
