摘要
本文通过回顾历史、分析现状 ,说明文献服务在高校图书馆工作中的重要性 。
For a long time, library management has been emphasizing on the training of the staffs in departments such as acquisition catalogue techniques, consultation,and setting a high standard on their quality.However, the qualification of staff from literature-serving department is often ignored consequently.Readers impression to the library was negatively influenced because of the unqualified service.In this article,through reviewing the past and analyzing the present, the author would state the importance of literature-service,the quality required from the staff and how to improve them.
