摘要
根据某煤矿1983～2002年期间发生的293起轻伤以上事故统计资料，运用灰色关联分析理论，对影响该矿井下事故发生的发展局势中的“人的素质”因素进行动态灰色关联分析，根据受伤群体的年龄、工龄、文化程度等3大因素中14个子因素分别对影响该矿井下事故发生的关联系数进行分析，从中得出事故引发或受害群体的各年龄及工龄段、各种文化程度的职工与事故发生的关联度。
Based on the statistical data of 293 light and serous injuries happened in a mine in the past 20 years from 1983 to 2002, the authors made dynamic and gray interaction analysis on the 'human quality' in this mine by using gray interaction analysis theory, analyzed the interaction factors affecting the occurrence of underground accidents in this mine according to 14 sub -factors among three major factors of age, working years and educational level of the injured persons, and obtained the interaction degree of the age, working years and educational level of the injured persons with the occurrence of underground accidents
