摘要 为了寻求有效解决煤矿安全人为事故屡禁不止问题的有效办法 ,探讨了煤矿作业对人提出的安全心理素质要求 ,对煤矿从业人员的心理因素与安全生产关系进行了工作分析与职务分析 ,建立了以能力与非能力因素为基本内容的心理测试指标体系 ,并对这一体系的科学性进行了验证。应用实践表明 。 The present paper aims to bring light to the relationship between the coal mine safety-accidents and the personnel's psychological factors in hoping to promote the requirements of the safety psychological qualities for the mining personnel. The paper also analyzes the relationship between the psychological factors of the corresponding personnel and safety production in view of work and duty. The assessing system has been established mainly comprising the ability and non-ability factors with scientific values being tested and verified. The system being practiced in Lu'an Mine Group in China is intended to provide a new approach to the thorough solution to coal mine safety-accidents. According to the present research plan, several sensitive, correlated reliable criteria were selected, and at the same time, psychological pre-testing indexes concerning the criteria were selected too. The performances of safety practitioners (managers of safety supervision departments, safety personnel and gas checking personnel, altogether there were 60 men) were measured based on the analysis of defining criteria and pre-testing indexes. And the last but not the least, the applicability of mental preventing index was also studied. As is seen, items were analyzed in this investigation, regarding the testing results of sensory and cognitive capacity, general testing results of the personal adaptability to the mining safety jobs, the testing results of questionnaire of coal mine safety character, etc. Compared results of individual variable and the questionnaire content of coal mine safety job characteristics indicate that there exist very significant differences among the groups. All in all, the system of psychological assessment system for coal mine safety personnel is highly scientific problem for the psychological testing and measurement, which can provide a psychological basis for selecting personnel and adjusting safety managing jobs in the mining context. Therefore, the system has to explore the psychological methods to set up the assessing factors, such as perception, cognition, personality and adaptability to the safety work in response to the basic requirements for indispensable psychological levels. At the same time, it has also to utilize the methods of psychological evaluations to evaluate the basic psychological inclinations and psychological feature of coal mine personnel in view of the jobs they have to do on the daily basis.
