摘要
目的探讨苏眉鱼中毒的急救措施与护理方法。方法回顾性分析了32例苏眉鱼中毒患者抢救及护理的效果。结果32例苏眉鱼中毒患者全部治愈,治愈率达100%,无护理并发症发生。结论迅速清除进入人体内已被吸收或尚未被吸收的毒物,迅速建立静脉通路,纠正水电解质和酸碱平衡失调,加强病情观察和心理护理,是抢救成功的关键。
Objective To explore the rescuing measure and nursing method of Sumei fish toxicosis. Methods Retrospective analysis was done on the effect of rescuing and nursing thirty-two patients of Sumei fish toxicosis. Results All the thirty-two patients of Sumei fish toxicosis were cured. The cure rate reached 100 per cent and there was no occurrence of nursing complication. Conclusions The key to the rescuing success is to promptly clear away the poison that has entered the human body and has been or has not been absorbed, to rapidly build up venous channel, to rectify the maladjustment of hydrolyte and electrolyte and the acid-base imbalance, and to enhance the illness observation and psychological nursing.
