摘要
目的观察雪卡毒素中毒的临床表现,探讨中毒的原因、治疗和预防.方法分析15例雪卡毒素中毒患者的临床资料并复习文献.结果进食有毒鱼肉或鱼汤后1～10 h后,出现以急性胃肠炎为主的消化系统症状,以温觉倒错为主的神经系统症状,以心率变化为主的心血管系统症状.结论中毒后经1～10 h潜伏期,出现具有特征性的温度感觉倒错症状以及消化、神经、心血管系统症状,病程2～3周,目前尚无特效药.
Objective To observe clinical feature of ciguatera poisoning, discuss the cause, diagnosis, treatment and prevention of ciguatera poisoning.Methods 15 patients with ciguatera poisoning were observed and literature history reviewed.Results Symptoms usually begin 1～10 hours after eating poisonous fish .The clinical symptoms of ciguatera poisoning can be classified into 3 broad groups: gastrointestinal, cardiovascular and neurological symptoms.Conclusion The clinical feature is characterized by temperature reversal. Course of diseases are 2～3 weeks, and prognosis all right. The best way to avoid ciguatera poisoning is avoiding consumption of reef fish.
