摘要
Nb2O5和Y2O3单施主掺杂对高温PTC性能均有一些不利的影响。设计了Nb2O5和Y2O3双施主掺杂的配方,分析Nb2O5和Y2O3掺杂量在不同比例下对材料性能的影响,得出结果:在制备高性能的高温PTC时,适当的施主掺杂总量和适当的Nb、Y掺杂配比,可以改变PTC的性能,另外还讨论了在该配方下的工艺方案。
Because the negative effect of Nb2O5 or Y2O3 single-donor on the high-temperature PTC ceramics, designed the prescription that double donors doped in,analysed the influence on material performance when the amount of Nb2O5 and Y2O3 mixing in different proportions,and finally drew the result:when preparing high-performance high-temperature PTC,the total amount of donor and the proportion of Nb and Y,can change the performance of PTC.In addition,discussed in the settlement of the craft under these prescription.
