摘要 采用高频电容耦合等离子体热解技术对生物质原料进行了热解气化试验,研究气体产物产率、成分随反应条件的变化规律。反应在3000~8000Pa的真空范围内进行,热解温度为1000~2000K。该技术可大幅度提高生物质气的热值及产率,本试验中产气率达到了66%以上,并且还有提高的潜力。 A RF (radio frequency) plasma pyrolysis reactor was presented in this paper. Application of this reactor to the pyrolysis treatment of biomass at different operating pressures (3 000~8 000 Pa), with various input powers (1 000~2 000 W) was investigated. Interest was focused on the effect of the pyrolysis conditions as to yield of gas and char, the gas composition as well as the quality of the char. On average, the gas yield can reach 66 wt% of the biomass feed at the input power of 1 800 W and operating pressure of 5 000 Pa. The total content of CO and H2 in the gas products reached 76 vol.% on a nitrogen-free basis, which can be used as syngas components. The solid product obtained has a large BET surface area and high pore volume with significant prevalence of micropores and may have a potential use as activated carbon.
