摘要
目的:建立兔可控性心肌缺血模型。方法:新西兰兔32只,开胸后将气囊梗阻器固定在冠状动脉左室支上,制作兔可控性心肌缺血模型;四肢安装肢体导联。术后7—10天监测兔心肌缺血前后心电图改变。结果:造模成功24只,气囊充气后1.5—2min观察到Ⅱ导联ST段抬高。结论:采用气囊梗阻器可以成功的制作兔可控性心肌缺血模型。
Objective:To develop a controlled myocardial ischemic model of rabbit. Method:Thoracotomy was performed on 32 New Zealand rabbits, and the controlled myocardial ischemic model was set up by installing pneumatic occluder on coronary artery branch. The ECG lead was anchored in the subcutaneous tissue of four limbs, The coronary artery branch was blocked by inflating balloon occluder 7-10 days after operation. ECG was recorded before and after myocardial ischemia.Result:Twenty-four models were developed successfully, Inflation of the balloon occluder for 1.5min to 2min reliably resulted in marked S-T segment elevation.Conclusion:Pneumatic occluder is applicable to make an animal model of controlled myocardial ischemia in rabbit.
