摘要
分析了成教学生教学特点,认为实行学分制有利于成教学生教学管理,提出了成教学生教学管理的具体措施,包括:调整课程设置,优化教学计划,实行选课制、弹性学制,改变传统的教学方法,建设开放的、远距离的、现代化的教学设施。旨在提高成教学生的教学质量,为社会培养更多的高素质人才。
This paper analyzed the teaching characteristics of the teaching students, thought that the execution of credit system would be benefit to teaching manages of he adult students, and putted forward the concrete measures of teaching manage, including adjusting the course establishes, excellent turn the teaching plan, practicing the elective courses system and flexibility educational system, changing traditional teaching method, developing the open, long-distance, modern teaching facilities. This paper was hoped to increase the teaching quantity, and educate higher characters talented person for the society.
