摘要
我国高校在人才培养方面还未从根本上解决与社会需要脱节的问题,大学生的创新能力不强,整体素质不高,依然制约着我国经济的发展。由于管理类专业有其特殊的学科特点,人们往往重视学生知识面的拓展而较少关注创新能力与实践能力的培养,因此,管理类专业大学生创新能力培养模式研究,转变教育观念,树立以培养学生创新能力为重点的素质教育观是前提,优化教学计划,突出专业特色,构建具有创新功能的合理知识结构是基础,改革传统的课堂教学模式,确立有利于创新能力培养的课堂教学模式是关键,而产学研合作教育模式培养学生的创新能力是重要途径。
The problem that talents-cultivating in colleges can not meet the needs of society has not been solved basically. The poor creativity and comprehensive qualities of college students still affect the development of our country＇ s economy. For the spedal characteristics of science of management, much emphasis is put on widening students＇ horizon instead of cultiuating students＇ creativity and practical ability. There fore, we understand we should develop college students＇ creativity, and most important of all is to establish the concept of oreativity cultivation, to optimize the plan of teaching, to emphasize the characteristics of the major, and to build up rational knowledge structure. At the same time, we need to reform the traditional classroom teaching mode to set up a new teaching made which is creativity cultivation-oriented.
