摘要
加入WTO给中国高等医学教育带来了机遇和挑战.为克服医学人才培养存在的主要问题,应对WTO带来的挑战,医学教育必须转变教育理念,利用现代教育技术手段,加快适合医学人才培养立体化教学环境的建设.立体化教学环境包括以学生为中心的学习平台;以教师为主导,开展教学方法改革,提高教学质量的教师队伍建设平台;以教务教学管理信息化系统建设为突破口,提高管理质量和服务效率的教务管理平台.
China's accession to the WTO has brought both opportunities and challenges to China's high medical education. In order to overcome the major problems in medical personnel training and meet the challenges, medical education must change the educational conception, employ modern educational technology, and accelerate the construction of three-dimensional teaching environment for medical personnel training. The environment involves a student-centered learning platform, a teaching platform aiming to reform teaching methods and improve teaching quality, and a teaching management platform based on constructing informationalized system of teaching management and improving management quality and service efficiency.
