摘要
我们应用环孢菌素Ａ（ＣｓＡ）治疗８例小儿重型再生障碍性贫血，其中基本治愈１例、缓解１例、明显进步２例。有效的４例中２例曾接受综合治疗（包括使用抗淋巴细胞球蛋白）无效，改用ＣｓＡ后效果显著。４例患儿在治疗前、后测定了外周血Ｔ淋巴细胞亚群及自然杀伤（ＮＫ）细胞，治疗前均显示不同程度的免疫功能紊乱；经ＣｓＡ治疗后，随着病情的好转，上述免疫功能紊乱得以纠正。
e treated 8 cases of children severe aplastic anemiawith cyclosporin A (CSA) resulting in one case cure, oncase remission and two cases great improvernent. Amongthe other four effective cases, there were two cases whoreceived comprehensive therapy showed remarkable ef-fect after treatment with CSA. The subgroup of T lym-phocyte and NK cells of peripheral bloodin the four chil-dren were detected before and after the CSA treatment.It showed different degree of immunological disorder be-fore and after the treatment with CSA, and the im-munological disorder was corrected.
