摘要 采用大豆油在固体碱催化剂作用下与甲醇发生酯交换反应制备生物柴油,研究了醇油物质的量比、催化剂质量分数、反应时间、反应温度、搅拌强度对反应产率的影响。试验结果表明,醇油物质的量比为6∶1、催化剂质量分数1.5%、反应时间4h、反应温度65℃、搅拌强度6档为最优操作条件。采用气相色谱分析产品成分,生物柴油质量达到德国标准。 This paper prepared bio-diesel by the transesterification of soybean oil with methanol with solid alkali as the catalyst. It studied the effect of the methanol/oil mole ratio, the catalyst dosage, the reaction time and temperature, and the whisk intensity on the yield. Results indicated that the optimal conditions for bio-diesel fuel were as follows: the methanol/oil mole ratio of 6, the catalyst dosage of 1.5%, the reaction time of 4 h, the reaction temperature of 65 ℃ and the whisk intensity of Level 6. The chemical compositions were analyzed by GC and the quality of bio-diesel reached the German standard.
