摘要
以火锅废油为原料,通过单因数和正交实验,得出了以浓硫酸为催化剂进行酯交换的最优条件是:甲醇与废油物质的量比为9,硫酸量为废油质量的4%,反应时间为3h,反应温度为65℃。并采用气相色谱测定了产物的主要成分。
The optimum procedure obtained by single factor mensurations and Orthogonal design were as follow:methanol-to-oil molar ratio of 9,4% Sulfuric acid to waste hot-pot oil,reaction 3 h under 65 ℃ water bath.At last,the main components were mensurated by GC.
