摘要
中国和俄罗斯是两个比邻大国 ,俄罗斯是世界最大的石油生产国和出口国之一 ,中国则已成为世界最大的石油消费国和进口国之一。近年来 ,俄罗斯石油工业稳步发展 ,并在石油市场全球化进程不断加强的趋势下 ,凭借其丰富的资源和不断增长的出口量 ,正在国际市场上发挥着越来越重要的作用。从地缘政治的角度出发 ,大力发展两国石油领域的合作是“双赢”之举 ,尽管目前合作的基础十分薄弱。该文在对俄罗斯石油工业现状和未来发展态势分析的基础上对我国未来石油供需形势作出客观评估 。
China and Russia are two large neighboring countries.Russia is one of world’s largest petroleum producing and exporting country, while China has become one of world’s largest petroleum consuming and importing country.For the recent years, Russia’s petroleum industry has been developing stably.With the consecutively enhanced trend of petroleum market globalization, it is playing a more and more important role in the international market with its abundant resource and growing export volume.From the perspective of regional politics, petroleum-related cooperation between the two countries should be a win-win measure, but at present the foundation of cooperation is very weak.Based on analysis on the current situation of Russia’s petroleum industry and future development, this paper made an objective evaluation on future supply and demand situation of China’s petroleum, and then proposed several measures aiming at Sino-Russia cooperation in the field of petroleum.
