摘要
目的 研究轮状病毒肠炎对心肌的影响。方法 对 94例轮状病毒肠炎患儿进行心肌酶、心电图的监测 ,所获数据经方差分析 ,求P值经t检验处理。结果 2 1例有明显的心肌酶升高和心电图改变 ,较正常对照组有明显差异 ,P <0 .0 1。结论 对轮状病毒肠炎应注意观察心肌受累的情况 ,心肌酶检查可协助诊断。
Objective To investigate the influence ofrotavirus on myocardial injury in children.Methods Ck-MB,AST,EKG were carried out in 94 cases of children with diseases.Results The level of ck-MB,AST in 21 cases was higher than in the control group. There was significant difference(P<0.01.Conclusion The level of ck-MB,AST is helpful for us to probe into whether there is myocardial injury in children with rotavirus enteritis.
