摘要
以PLGA为载体制备了注射用纳曲酮微球,考察制品的体外释药、以及在小鼠体内的药效学和家兔体内的药动学,并进行了评价。结果表明,制品在体内外均能持续释药30d,小鼠体内拮抗吗啡的效果可长达30d。
Naltrexone microspheres for injection were prepared using poly(lactic-co-glycolide) as carrier. The in vitro release, in vivo pharmacodynamics in mice and pharmacokinetics in rabbits were evaluated. The results showed that the in vitro release of the preparations and the in vivo release in rabbits as well as the antagonistic effects on morphine in mice could maintain for 30d.
