The Development of Techniques and Methods in Supply Chain Collaboration Management

摘要 供应链协同技术与方法为供应链协同提供了有力支持,是供应链协同管理能顺利实施的关键。研究了供应链协同技术与方法,主要从合作伙伴选择、合约设计的激励、协同运作和绩效评估等方面进行了综述。最后,对供应链协同技术与方法趋势做了展望。 Supply chain collaboration has become the most popular research topic in supply chain management. The techniques and methods of collaboration management provide powerful support in supply chain collaboration management. In this article, the techniques and methods of collaboration management are studied, with the perspectives from the choice of partner in supply chain collaboration, encouragement in contract design, collaborative operation and performance evaluation in supply chain collaboration. Finally, the development of techniques and methods in supply chain collaboration management are predicted.
