摘要
针对城市交通结构问题,运用Logistic方程来描述公共交通和私人交通这对基本矛盾的演化过程,建立了在城市交通生态承载力限制下交通竞争的微分方程模型,得出在激烈竞争条件下,可替代范围内的公共交通和私人交通的竞争可能会导致一种交通方式退出市场,而在竞争较为缓和的情况下可以保持两种交通方式的动态平衡的结论。提出从限制竞争强度、提高公交竞争能力和控制交通增长率三个方面来调节公共交通和私人交通之间的竞争,维持二者的动态平衡,形成一个较优的城市交通结构。
In view of the issue of city transport stnutures,by us in g logistic curves to describe the evolvement process of public transport and pri vate transport the authors establish a differential equation model for the transport competition,and as a result,the intense compet ition between public transport and private transport will finally lead to the wi thdrawal of on e mode from the transportation market, but the mitigated competition may lead to the dynamic equilibrium of the se two modes. Therefore, the authors propose three solutions,namely limiting the intensity of competition,enh ancing the competition ability of public transport and controlling the rate of t ransport increase, to regulate the competition of public transport and private transport, with which the dynamic equilibrium and the optimized transport structure can be acqui red.
