摘要
在常态化疫情防控下,节假日的城市轨道交通承担着保障疫情防控与助力拉动内需的双重任务,存在客流整体吸引力不足与重点车站疫情防控风险大的矛盾。首先,对北京历年节假日城市轨道交通客流进行深入分析,总结出常态化疫情防控下节假日客流特点;其次,研究历年节假日客流与影响因子互馈关系,梳理出3类40余项节假日客流影响因子;再次,对影响因子进行逐一解析,找出城市轨道交通节假日客流吸引能力不高的主要原因,即运营管理不精准、乘客出行不便捷、地铁线路不直达;最后,在城市轨道交通客流特征与原因分析的基础上,提出运营优化策略:开展精细化管理,提供智慧化服务,推进一体化融合。
Considering the demands of regular coronavirus prevention and control measures,urban rail is facing a contradictory problem related to the improvement of the attractiveness of passenger traffic to promote domestic demand and the risk of uncontrolled spread of the epidemic in large passenger flows at key stations.To deal with this problem,this paper conducts an in-depth analysis of the passenger flow of urban-rail transportation in Beijing during holidays for numerous years and summarizes the characteristics of passenger flow during holidays subject to the enforcement of regular epidemic prevention and control measures.By studying the interaction relationship between passenger flow and the influencing factors over the years,more than 40 influencing factors that play a role in this period were identified and classified into three categories.These influencing factors are analyzed individually to extract the main reasons for the low attractiveness:imprecise operation management,inconvenient passenger travel,and non-direct metro lines.In conclusion,based on the analysis of the characteristics and influencing factors of urban rail transit passenger flow,the operation optimization strategies are proposed to conduct refined management,provide intelligent services,and promote synergy and integration.
