摘要
本文测定了与石岐杂鸡有关的8个家鸡品种(群体)的血液碱性磷酸酶(Akp-1及Akp-2)、淀粉酶(Amy-1及Amy-2)、酯酶(Es-1)和血红蛋白(Hb-1)多态性,用主成分分析的方法研究了石峻杂鸡的起源与分化,结果表明,石岐杂鸡主要受石岐鸡和白洛克鸡血液的影响,而与杏花鸡、清远麻鸡等也存在一定的关系,并且可能正是这种关系构成了石歧杂鸡广泛的进传基础:既保持与外种鸡相仿的生长速度与体重,又具备本地地肉质优美的特性。结果还表明了石岐杂类鸡本身的分化。
Blood alkaline phosphase ( Akp-1 and Adk-2), amylase(Amy-1 and Amy-2), esterase (Es-1) and hemoglobin (Hb-1) polymorphisms were determined in the 8 chicken breeds related to Shiqiza chicken and the origin and divergence of Shiqiza chicken was studied with principle component analysis. The results showed that Shiqiza chicken was mostly related to Shiqi chicken and White Rock chicken and that there was a little relationship between Shiqiza and Xinghua, Qingyuan chicken, the growth rate and body weight of Shiqiza were similiar to imported bredes but meat quality of Shiqiza was similiar to native breeds.
