摘要 目的 探讨上皮性卵巢癌组织中血管内皮生长因子(VEGF A)与肿瘤内微血管密度(MVD)、淋巴管密度(LVD)的关系。方法 采用免疫组化的方法检测VEGF A在良性上皮性卵巢肿瘤、交界性上皮性卵巢肿瘤和上皮性卵巢癌中的的表达。人工计数MVD与LVD ,分析VEGF A与MVD及LVD是否存在相关性。结果 在恶性、交界性和良性卵巢肿瘤组织中VEGF A蛋白阳性表达率从高至低,且VEGF A的表达与MVD、LVD显著相关(P值分别为0 0 0 1和0 0 0 2 )。结论 VEGF A高表达与上皮性卵巢癌血管生成及淋巴管生成相关。 Objective To investigate the relationship of vascular endothelial growth factor A in lymphangiogenesis (LVD) and angiogenesis (MVD). Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to investigate the VEGF-A expression in 48 samples of ovarian carcinoma, 11 samples of borderline ovarian tumor, 32 samples of benign ovarian tumor. LVD and MVD were counted by manual counting. The relationship of vascular endothelial growth factor A in LVD and MVD was analyzed. Results The VEGF-A expression in ovarian carcinoma was significantly higher than that in borderline ovarian tumor, and that in borderline ovarian tumor was significantly higher than that in benign ovarian tumor. Furthermore, there was a significantly positive correlation between the VEGF-A expression and LVD, MVD. Conclusion The expression of VEGF-A appears involved in the promotion of lymphangiogenesis and angiogenesis in epithelial ovarian carcinoma.
