摘要
对米曲霉产胞外脂肪酶的培养条件进行了优化。筛选出麦芽糖为最佳碳源,蛋白胨为最佳氮源,平平加O为最佳的表面活性剂。该菌株产脂肪酶的最适培养条件为:麦芽糖0 5 % ,蛋白胨0 5 % ,橄榄油1 0 % ,平平加O 0 0 32 % ,发酵液初始pH值为6。
