血液系统恶性肿瘤的凋亡靶向治疗
Apoptotic pathway as the target for hematological malignancies therapy
摘要
近年来诱导凋亡被引入癌症治疗。研究者们通过激活凋亡途径、调控凋亡蛋白诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡,或通过间接作用于蛋白酶、磷酸酶、蛋白酶体等进而调控凋亡。现就已进入临床试验阶段、诱导凋亡的新药在血液系统恶性肿瘤中的应用作一综述,并阐述其分子机制和临床效能。
