摘要
法律语言是从事法律活动的载体和工具,在法律活动中有着重要的作用,文章从法律语言的概念、法律语言的功能和分类、法律语言的的要求三个方面来论述法律语言,目的在于让人们关注法律语言,提高法律活动效率,促进我国的法治进程。
The legal language is the carrier and tools of processing legal action,which had important function in legal action.The thesis discusses the legal language from its concept?function? sort and request.Its aim is for people to attend legal language,to improve efficiency of legal action,and to urge law process faster in China.
