摘要
有效的课堂沟通所应具备的技巧是:建构性果断、移情式反应、问题解决。有效的课堂沟通能使师生之间不会再有强权与怨恨,他们会变得互相欣赏,彼此心甘情愿地通过积极的协商去解决他们共同面临的问题,更重要的是,它能培养学生的独立性与主体性,使学生变得更加成熟与负责。
Effective communication skills in t he classroom are constructive assertiveness,empathic responding and problem solving,which can not on ly escape from creating hostility or resentment between the teacher and s tu-dents,but also enable them to apprec iate each other and solve problems wi llingly by active negotiation.What' s more important is effective communication can train students' independence and subjectivity,mak ing them more mature and responsible.
