摘要
以自制的高固含量的热固性聚丙烯酸酯为基质,以醋酸镉、醋酸铅、硫代乙酰胺等为原料,在丙酮甲醇溶液中,原位一步法合成MS(M=Pb,Cd)/聚丙烯酸酯有机-无机纳米复合材料。用X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、透射电镜(TEM)、紫外-可见光谱(UV-Vis)和荧光光谱(PL)对MS/聚丙烯酸酯纳米复合材料进行表征。研究结果表明,金属离子首先与聚合物的羧基络合,生成硫化物纳米微粒,聚合物又包覆在纳米微粒的表面形成保护层。
With MS (M = Pb,Cd) nanoparticle being monodispersed in high solid content thermosetting acrylic polymers as matrix and with thioacetamide, cadmium acetate, lead acetate, etc. as raw materials, photoluminescent semiconductor/copolymer nanocomposites was prepared by in situ single-step method in water solution of acetone and methanol. XRD, TEM, UV-Vis and PL were adopted for characterization of products. Polyacrylate hydrolyzed and chelated metal ions through its carboxylic group, and then formed protecting layer on nanoparticles prepared.
