摘要
图书馆要由对信息资源的收集、处理、传播和开发利用为主转向对知识资源的获取、组织、创新和开发利用为 主,即实现管理模式由信息管理向知识管理的转变。知识领航是图书馆进行知识管理与其它行业进行知识管理的最大不同之 处,是知识管理的具体服务。本文指出知识服务是图书馆联结用户和市场的纽带,并提出要用知识管理思想指导图书馆服务。
The library should shift its role from the collection, management, spread and application of information resources to the information abstraction, processing, innovation and development; i. e. , information management should be transferred to knowledge management. Knowledge pilotage, as a specific service, distinguishes the knowledge management of the library from that of the other industries. The present paper points out that knowledge service is a link connecting library with readers and market , and that library service must be guided by the idea of knowledge management.
