摘要
目的: 研究磷酸钙水泥 (CPC) 降解吸收成骨的机制。方法: 制备羊胫骨平台压缩性骨折模型, 植入CPC填充骨缺损。3个月时拍X线片、取材制作不脱钙切片, 观察CPC的组织学变化。结果: CPC吸收迅速, X线片可见 2只动物几乎吸收完毕, 另 3只已大部被吸收。组织学观察可见到许多骨水泥吸收骨形成单位, 吸收的骨水泥由新生骨填充, 未见纤维组织形成。结论: CPC吸收成骨机制与正常骨重建过程相类似, 骨水泥吸收与新生骨形成同步协调进行。
Objective:To study the mechanism of calcium phosphate cement(CPC) absorption and bone formation in vitro.Method:Goat tibial plateau compression fracture models were created and bone defects were filled with CPC.Three months later, animals were killed and tibial plateaus were retrieved.X-ray examination was performed, nondecalcified sections were prepared,and histologic examination was carried out.Result:CPC was absorbed quickly.X-ray showed that most of the CPC was absorbed and CPC were divided into several blocks.Many cement absorption and bone formation units could be seen under microscope.Cement was absorpted and filled with new bone, and no fibrous tissues were seen.Conclusion:The mechanism of CPC absorption is similar with normal bone remodeling process.CPC absorption is corresponding to new bone formation.
