摘要
针刺治疗脑卒中运动功能障碍有显著的疗效 ,但是疗效评定标准不统一 ,影响了针刺的学术交流和走向世界。以国际上通用的残损 活动能力 社会参与为模式的整体评价体系 ,作为针刺治疗脑卒中偏瘫疗效的临床标准 。
Acupunture treatment has a marked effect on apoplectic motor dysfunction, but the criteria for evaluating the curative effect is not unified, which influences the academic exchange of acupuncture and its popularization over the world. Using an internationally accepted whole assessment system with impairment-disability, activity and social-ties as a mode as the clinical criteria for evaluating the curative effect on apoptectic hemiplegia will benefit the development of acupuncture medicine
