摘要
首先论述了智能运输系统 (ITS)效益综合评价的目的和意义 ,然后构建了相应的评价指标体系 .给出了综合效益评价方法和评价模型 ,运用二元比较法确定各指标的权重 ,最后进行了实例分析 .
This paper presents the objective and significance of the comprehensive benefits evaluation on ITS projects. Then the index system of it is set up and the weights of the indexes are made by using the method of two elements contrasting, based on which, a four-stage fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is established and applied to assess the comprehensive benefits of an ITS project.
